Assistant Restaurant Manager - New Gastro Pub Longford Forest | Circa €37,300 per annum plus tips Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one Lead and coach our brand new team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills. What you'll be doing • Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards • Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns • Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis • Support back-of-house operations and work across units with varying service styles • Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning What's in it for you • Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) • Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants • Bonus scheme and recognition rewards • A supportive, friendly team • Career development and in-role training Your working hours • Full-time contract, fully flexible • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4 ‑ week period.
