• Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Winchester • £30,000 - £35,000 Excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded construction consultancy, based in their Winchester office. They’ve experienced exponential growth in the team and office and are now looking for a graduate to join their cost management team. They can provide full support towards APC, with the opportunity to work on varied projects. Role & Responsibilities of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor: • Preparation of cost estimates • Advise on costs involved in building projects • Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals • Advise on contract arrangements and conditions under which building will be constructed • Evaluation of tenders and reporting thereon • Provide advice on implications of different construction methods, materials etc • Prepare bills of quantities Skills & Experience of the Assitant Quantity Surveyor: • Relevant degree in a surveying, or similar RICS accredited course • Practical quantity surveying experience working for either a construction consultancy or contractor • A desire to becoming an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits: • £30k-£35k • Full support and training towards APC • 25 days annual leave • Varied projects • Newly refurbished offices • Private healthcare • Enhanced pension To Apply: Please contact Andy Lambert on 07568 490452 or Apply Now.
