Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop yearly IMC marketing and brand communication strategy including budget allocation and connection plan for core products campaigns.
• Lead the development of local campaigns to drive local relevance and connection.
• Manage marketing campaigns through comprehensive executions, including day-to-day communication calendar set-up, PR/ Social & Digital/ Event/ Media plan and execution, and retail channel synergy.
• Analyze and review achievement level on a regular basis to measure effectiveness and identify business chance.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to execute business strategy, brand building and products communications plan.
• Consolidate market forecasts and analyze business plan.
• Lead excellent executions across internal teams & external agencies, overview team operation and facilitate growth of team members.
• Collaborate with HQ marketing team to ensure seamless implementation of global strategy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, PR or related disciplines.
• 6-9 years relevant experience in Product marketing /Digital Marketing, preferably from FMCG, beauty or retail industry.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, creative and good beauty sense.
• Familiarize with marketing trend, competitor analysis and consumer insight findings.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, project management, organization skills and multi-task to be able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Mass Media and Social Media knowledge.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing is a must.
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English.
