Within our Value Creation practice, the Procurement Consulting team partners with clients to optimise procurement performance, strengthen supply chains, improve working capital and deliver sustainable EBITDA improvements. The Opportunity As an Assistant Manager , you will play a key role in delivering procurement transformation and value creation engagements across multiple industries. You will independently manage project workstreams, guide junior team members and work closely with Managers, Directors and Managing Directors to deliver measurable results for our clients. This role offers significant client exposure, early leadership opportunities and a clear development path towards Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead individual project workstreams within procurement transformation, cost optimisation and operational improvement engagements. Analyse procurement organisations, operating models, sourcing strategies and supply chain processes to identify improvement opportunities. Develop fact-based recommendations to improve procurement performance, reduce costs and optimise EBITDA, cash flow, working capital and operational KPIs. Conduct spend analyses, supplier assessments, market benchmarking and opportunity assessments using quantitative and qualitative data. Support strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract optimisation and supplier performance management. Prepare executive-ready presentations, steering committee materials and decision papers for senior client stakeholders.
