As one of our Assistant Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £43,000 per year: • Base Salary: Up to £34,500 per year depending on experience • Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5 annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked. • Bonus: Up to £3k additional bonus potential • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
