Responsibilities
• Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients
• Work with our Market Analyst group on submittals for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis and reports.
• Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations
• Work on documentation related to transaction management; building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.
• Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients post-sales support
• Help mount and attend various client engagement activities·
• Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate clients.
Skills & Experience
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
• Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
• Great organizational & interpersonal skills.
