Roles & Responsibilities: • Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and BOQs. • Prepare accurate cost estimates for structural steel fabrication, painting, and erection. • Perform quantity take-offs from structural drawings and 3D models. • Evaluate material requirements, fabrication hours, subcontracting, and logistics costs. • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and project teams during bid preparation. • Identify project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities. • Prepare commercial and technical bid documentation within project timelines.
