They’re now looking for an Assistant Manager to join their flagship Dundrum store. Working alongside an experienced management team, you’ll help lead a store of approximately 30 Sports Advisors, creating an environment where both customers and colleagues thrive. Responsibilities of this Assistant Manager job include: • Supporting the daily operation of a flagship retail store • Leading, coaching and developing a large team • Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance • Delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert service • Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development • Ensuring high standards across operations, health & safety and security • Analyse daily and weekly sales reports, identifying opportunities to improve performance and maximise sales. • Build strong product knowledge across the team, ensuring customers receive expert advice and recommendations.
