We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Assistant Manager within our Contentious Insolvency team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the management of contentious insolvency projects, overseeing investigations into antecedent transactions, handling claims related to misfeasance or breach of duty, and performing thorough asset tracing activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing a portfolio of contentious insolvency cases, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services. Analyze complex financial data to uncover issues and develop strategies for resolution. Prepare detailed reports, expert witness statements, and correspondence in support of cases. Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to provide expert advice and support. Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills. Contribute to business development efforts by preparing pitches and participating in client meetings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Law preferable but not necessary. Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI or equivalent is preferred but not necessary. Minimum of 1 year experience in contentious insolvency or related financial investigations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
