Description
[What the role is] The Assistant Manager (AM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency of support processes within our blood collection centres and that administrative demands of the Division are met. The incumbent will work together with the Corporate Function team to support collection centres with administrative matters. This includes and is not limited to centre level procurement, staff roster planning, budget planning, asset management, workplace safety management, centre security, data management, handling of donor feedback & enquires, reviewing of staff overtime & allowance claims, centre store management, donors' appointment management, preventive maintenance for equipment, facility management and preparation of statistics & performance reports. The AM will be appointed to support the Division on one or more areas namely Division level procurement (non-nursing items), and will have the opportunity to work closely with the Division’s management and project teams on various Digital & Process transformation initiatives at blood collection centres. [What you will be working on] Responsibilities: 1.Operational Admin Lead, supporting in one or more areas namely Division level procurement, Division Goods Receiving Officer (GRO) or Approving Officer (AO), IT systems, registration, and projects, statistics, and data analytics. 2.Facilities Management and Workplace Safety for Centres 3.Centre-level Reporting, Donors’ Engagement and Retention 4.Asset Management, Budget Planning & Centre-level Procurement 5.Ensure workplace efficiency, quality and safety standards are met 6.Operations Planning Support for Centres [What we are looking for] Requirements: 1.Academic qualifications in relevant subjects 2.At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Senior/Executive position, preferably in a similar job capacity in a Singapore Public Office Organisation/ Healthcare or equivalence 3.Computer literacy with experience in managing work requirements through various systems/software solutions is a must
