WHAT WILL YOU DO? As an Assistant Legal Account Manager (ALAM), you will work within a team, supervised by a Senior Legal Account Manager. Collaborating closely with Legal Account Managers and Financial Account Managers, your goal is to consistently exceeding client expectations. The ALAM assists the team and clients with legal and administrative matters. Main responsibilities: Assist with keeping a client portfolio in good legal standing following local rules and regulations. Draft and review legal documents of a general civil and corporate law nature (such as board and shareholder resolutions, power of attorneys, loan agreements and contracts). Handle financial documents and take minutes of board/client meetings. Assist with client companies' incorporation, maintenance, and dissolution. Assist with the client acceptance procedure and ongoing compliance reviews and procedures. Assist with general communication and coordinate information and tasks to build strong relationships with clients, (tax) advisors, lawyers, banks, notaries and authorities. Assist with opening bank accounts and keeping all files up to date. Draft payment orders and monitor the execution of payments. HOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM?
