Assistant Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef de Partie - New Gastro Pub Longford Forest | Circa €43,800 per annum plus tips Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one Join our brand new team as an Assistant Kitchen Manager, supporting the Kitchen Manager in delivering exceptional food quality and service. You'll help lead the kitchen team, ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain operational efficiency within budget. What you'll be doing • Assist in managing the kitchen team and daily operations • C ontrol food costs and margins to meet budget targets • Maintain high food quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and prepare dishes to agreed standards What's in it for you • Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) • Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants • Bonus scheme and recognition rewards • A supportive, friendly team • Career development and in-role training Your working hours • Full-time contract, fully flexible • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4 ‑ week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements • This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays • Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday About you • Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment • Good financial awareness, including stock control, scheduling and waste management • Previous experience in a supervisory chef role (Chef de Partie or above) • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills under pressure Our values Each colleague at Center Parcs is involved in building better worlds for our guests, colleagues, communities and our environment.
