He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.    Main duties & responsibilities:  Assist the Head Concierge in overseeing the daily operations Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure service excellence Welcome guests warmly and professionally, assisting them with inquiries, reservations, transportation, and other needs Maintain an in-depth knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and events Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest requests and preferences Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Anticipate Guests’ needs and handle Guests’ complaints
