Your key responsibilities as Assistant General Manager: • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, taking full responsibility in their absence. • Maintain responsibility for the overall strategic planning, development, and success of the restaurant together with the General Manager and Head Chef • Assume responsibility for budget management, including the management of direct and indirect costs. • Maintain responsibility for leading, inspiring, and motivating the restaurant team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty. • To consistently act as a role-model in delivering the highest standard of guest service.
