As AGM, you’re the right hand to the General Manager, leading daily operations, energizing the team, and driving sales while keeping the site running at its best. What You’ll Do: • Champion a high-energy sales culture and grow memberships • Run day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and staffing • Keep all areas (prep, lot, kiosk, tunnel) executing at a high standard • Coach team members to connect with customers and close sales • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively • Uphold company policies and performance expectations • Spot and address basic mechanical or operational issues • Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant environment What You Bring: • Strong leadership and communication skills • Sales experience with a customer-first mindset • Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced setting • Ability to manage performance and hold teams accountable • Mechanical aptitude is a plus • Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented • Able to lift 35+ lbs., stand for long periods, and work outdoors Work Environment: Fast-paced, hands-on, and primarily outdoors. You’ll work in varying weather conditions around water, chemicals, and equipment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and shift coverage is expected.
