Requirements Experience • 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, foodservice, or similar environment Leadership • Ability to lead, coach, and hold team members accountable • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Operations • Understanding of scheduling, labor control, and inventory • Ability to learn and apply financial performance metrics Mindset • Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving and decision-making ability • Desire to grow into a General Manager role Flexibility • Willingness to travel periodically (quarterly) • Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Certifications • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
