What   You’ll   Do: • Assist with a variety of corporate, commercial, and transactional legal matters, including: • • Contract drafting, review, and negotiation (tender agreements, GPOI agreements, distribution agreements, NDAs, vendor/supplier agreements, SaaS, services agreements, etc.) • Corporate governance and entity management across countries in Europe • Internal process improvement and policy development • Support on M&A, financing, or strategic transactions, as needed • Employment and works council matters • Provide day-to-day legal support across general corporate matters, governance, employment, compliance, and contract management. • Work cross-functionally with teams including Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to provide practical legal guidance and help move business initiatives forward. • Manage and prioritize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. • Collaborate with outside counsel as needed and help manage workflows and documentation. • Help improve legal workflows, templates, and internal processes as the legal function continues to scale. • Maintain organized records and support contract lifecycle processes and legal operations. What You Bring: • University degree   in law, preferably Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • 12+ years of experience, ideally with at least 2 years at a nationally recognized law firm with a focus on corporate, transactional, or commercial law. • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills with keen attention to detail. • A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to roll up sleeves and take on both high-level and tactical tasks. • Ability to balance legal risks with business needs and communicate effectively with non-lawyers. • Eagerness to learn and grow into a broad legal role. • Interest in building scalable legal processes in a collaborative environment. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
