About The Job:                  Your primary responsibility is to lead by example by having above average sales performance. While you lead from the front, your second responsibility is to take other sales reps with you to show them how you adhere to the selling system and achieve above average results. Thirdly, you will shadow reps to ensure they are compliant with our selling system and to offer them prescriptive training to improve their performance.
