Join Our Team We're seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our leadership team at The Recovery Village Salem in Salem, Oregon. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced behavioral health environment and is ready to help shape clinical excellence while mentoring and supporting a dedicated team of nurses. What You'll Do In this leadership role, you will: Lead and support daily nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Mentor, coach, and supervise nursing and behavioral health staff. Partner with the Director of Nursing to maintain clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and operational workflows to support patient needs. Oversee medication management, pharmacy coordination, and nursing supply inventory. Monitor infection prevention practices and conduct quality assurance audits. Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, laboratory services, and continuity of care. Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance within AVATAR. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and external healthcare partners to provide seamless patient care. Support emergency preparedness and maintain safe staffing during critical situations. Assist with specialty programs, including Vivitrol coordination, as assigned.
