Assistant Coach: Rossvale Women’s Football Club Voluntary Position: Location- Rossvale Women’s Football Club, Kirkintilloch Employment Type- Part-time, voluntary Tuesday and Thursday night training and Sunday games Summary of the Role Rossvale Women are seeking a passionate and reliable Assistant Coach to support our current coaching staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of women’s football at Rossvale and to help shape the future of aspiring players within the club. Key Responsibilities: As an Assistant Football Coach for Rossvale Women’s, you will play a vital role in supporting the head coach in the development and success of the team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and execution of training sessions, providing tactical and technical guidance during matches, and fostering a positive team environment that encourages player growth and teamwork. You will work closely with players to enhance their skills, develop game strategies, and analyse performance to identify areas for improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with players, coaching staff, and club management. A passion for women's football and a commitment to promoting a competitive yet supportive atmosphere are key to succeeding in this role.
