Description Responsibilities include the following: • To fully understand and assist in the implementation of the philosophies of the athletic program and the school. • To develop players in specific areas of responsibility within the guidelines set forth by the head coach. • To teach fundamentals and techniques that are approved by the state association regarding player safety. • To assist in equipment check out/check in procedures. • To assist in the preparation of field facilities for practices and contests. • To assist in the supervision of the locker areas. • To assist in providing a positive public relations outlook. • To cooperate and abide by all state and conference regulations. Requirements Certificates and Licenses: • Sports First Aid Training • CPR Training • Trained in Protecting God's Children, or willing to be trained • Practicing Catholic in good standing is preferred, but not required.
