Job Responsibilities Marketing, PR & Branding Collaborate with the Brand Manager/Business Manager to develop and execute the annual marketing calendar, including integrated campaigns and budget planning. Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including product launches, events, roadshows and in-store promotions. Liaise with brand principals and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activities align with brand guidelines. Monitor marketing budgets and maximize brand visibility across digital, print and other relevant channels. Develop monthly in-store promotions and partner with Marketing and Retail Operations to ensure effective execution, clear communication and sufficient stock availability. Coordinate promotional licensing, retailer communications and prepare monthly marketing performance reports. Merchandising & Inventory Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across all retail counters. Coordinate new counter setups and support successful launch readiness. Manage inventory forecasting, replenishment and stock levels to optimize product availability and inventory turnover. Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner. Operation Support customs clearance by preparing the required shipping documentation. Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for product notifications and compliance. Coordinate the production of point-of-sale materials (POSM) with local suppliers. Process payment requests and manage administrative documentation for brand and marketing activities. Budget & Operations Support P&L management by monitoring expenditures and ensuring initiatives are delivered within approved budgets and timelines. Support profitability by monitoring costs, evaluating opportunities and maintaining commercial discipline. Coordinate internal approvals and administrative processes to ensure smooth execution of business activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, merchandising, or retail operations; experience within the beauty, luxury or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
