That's why you love this work: • Acting as deputy to the Banquet Operations Manager in their absence • Planning and executing events • Conducting shift briefings and team meetings • Ensuring high guest satisfaction through excellent service and professional complaint management • Responsibility for the training and supervision of interns • Support with administrative tasks, particularly with regard to the scheduling and deployment of service staff • Operational management of the “Chalet au Lac” during the winter months • Regular inspection and quality control of the banquet facilities That's why this job is right for you: • Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry • Professional experience in the same or a similar role • Knowledge of the standards of Leading Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels • A passionate host with a charming and well-groomed appearance • An affinity for fine dining • Resilient, flexible and responsible • Excellent command of German and English We offer that certain extra Certification "Great Place to Work"-Certification Staff room We offer our employees staff rooms in a prime location in Zurich - laundry service included.
