Plastic Surgery Program Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery Yale University, School of Medicine Yale New Haven Hospital - The Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Surgery at Yale University is seeking fellowship-trained Plastic Surgeons at the Assistant or Associate Professor level with a focus in general reconstruction, including breast reconstruction. Microsurgery fellowship training is strongly preferred. Opportunities are available at both Yale New Haven Hospital and Bridgeport Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing and highly collaborative academic Plastic Surgery program with institutional support and significant opportunity for practice growth. Candidates will have the ability to develop a robust reconstructive practice within a large multidisciplinary referral network. The Division is committed to supporting faculty development, clinical innovation, research, and education. Faculty benefit from a collegial culture, strong operational infrastructure, dedicated administrative support, and the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized leaders in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. In addition to clinical responsibilities, faculty are expected to participate in resident and medical student education, mentorship, and academic scholarship.
