Functieomschrijving Asset Manager Real Estate Specialist We are looking for a result driven and experienced real estate specialist to join our growing team in Eindhoven, NL. Duties and Responsibilities • Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property within EU. • Advertise and market vacant properties. • Advise the MD (Managing Director) on legal requirements, market conditions, prices, and mortgages. • Research local market for value and comparable pricing • Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc. • Show properties and offers to potential buyers • Promote and coordinate properties with ads, listings, and open houses. • Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction. • Negotiate sale on behalf of the client • Advise owners on tax deductions and expenses • Maintain a positive relationship with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors • Document property interior and exterior with photos • Prepare contracts, deeds, closing statements, and other necessary paperwork Functiecriteria Min. Requirements and Qualifications • 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Industry in the Netherlands. • Professional degree or equivalent, preferably in Real Estate and/or urban planning. • Licensed Real Estate Agent. • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules. • Knowledge of property regulations. • Proven verbal and written skills in Dutch, English and German. • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Possession of a valid driving license.
