Assembly Operative – Hitchin | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Assembly Operative to join a growing manufacturing team based in Hitchin . This is a full-time, ongoing position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm , offering a great opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and friendly working environment. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products and components to a high standard, following detailed work instructions and quality procedures. You will use a variety of hand tools and equipment, inspect finished products, maintain a clean and organised work area, and ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times. Previous assembly or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate. Requirements The ideal applicant will have good attention to detail, be able to work accurately and efficiently, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team. You should be reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work.
