Join Australia’s Leading Sustainable Materials Supplier. We are looking for an allrounder to join our Asphalt Plant team. No experience necessary – we can train you! Based out of our Dandenong Asphalt Plant, you’ll learn how to run and maintain a ASTEC 300 TPA asphalt plant. You’ll also have opportunities to be trained in other machinery and get the tickets and permits that come with them. What’s in it for you: • Starting rate between $30.61 - $38.51 per hour, pending qualifications and experience • Daily allowance of $23.50 • Day, night and weekend shifts available, as well as the opportunity for overtime • Uniform and equipment supplied • An unwavering safety culture, and a positive team culture • Ongoing training and development, in transport and other disciplines You’re a great fit, if you: • Enjoy problem solving • Have a forklift and/or wheel loader ticket • Able to pick up new computer systems quickly • Confident customer service skills • Experience working with SWMS • If you’ve previously run and maintained a large, fixed plant, that’s great! But we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
