ASC Teaching Assistant

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated ASC Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing specialized support to students with autism spectrum conditions (ASC), ensuring they receive the individualized assistance they need to excel academically and personally.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students with autism spectrum conditions, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff to implement tailored education plans and behavior management strategies specifically designed for students with ASC.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment that caters to the unique needs of students with autism.
• Foster positive relationships with students, providing reassurance, encouragement, and understanding as they navigate their educational journey.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum conditions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish strong connections with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine dedication to supporting the learning and development of students with ASC.
