Great People Work Here Are you searching for a career with bags of variety, in an environment that celebrates differences and empowers collaboration, which values people and will encourage you to make an impact? Do you want the freedom to explore, and the opportunities to find new ways and to innovate? If so, TwiningsOvo delivers. We’re looking for people who don’t just come here to get the job done, but who have a real passion for the brand and a desire to do the best job they can. In return, we offer an inspiring package of employee benefits - to show just how much we value you. This role will offer you the scope for growth and the tools to aim high. As an Artwork Project Manager you will play a key role in Twinings performance focused and innovative New Product Development team. Accountable for delivery of design to print initiatives related to Twinings NPD and brand redesign projects across our markets, you will be someone who strives for excellence in delivery, is avid about quality and with a commercial mindset, create pieces of packaging that consumers love. You will need to work across and manage a number of internal stakeholders, within markets, our colleagues within Tea Supply Chain and our New Product Development team. Balancing the market wants against the commercial needs of the business you deliver brilliant customer service for the markets but will challenge where needed to get to the best solution for the business.
