Artic Driver Walsh Waste & Recycling is currently seeking an experienced and professional HGV Artic Truck Driver to join our transport operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled driver looking to work with a growing and well-established company in the waste and recycling sector. You will play a key role in transporting waste and recyclable materials between transfer stations, treatment facilities, customer sites and disposal locations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer service. About the role • Safely operate articulated vehicles to transport bulk waste and recyclable materials throughout the region. • Ensure full compliance with waste transport legislation, road traffic regulations and company procedures. • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any defects or maintenance requirements. • Complete and maintain accurate transport records, delivery documentation and vehicle paperwork. • Liaise effectively with dispatch, site personnel and operational teams to ensure efficient route planning and service delivery. • Adhere to all health, safety, environmental and operational standards.
