Your challenges: • Facilitate PI Planning readiness, execution, and system demos at the release train level . • Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders in Lean-Agile practices and ARP deployment methodology . • Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments while aligning execution with Product Managers and Owners . • Define and track value metrics while facilitating train-level synchronization meetings and relentless improvement . • Ensure deployment golden rules, strategy, and new methodologies are consistently applied across sites . This position requires the ability to travel (approximately 20%). Your boarding pass: • Background in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production/Logistics, or equivalent . • Proven experience (10+ years) in Aerospace or related complex industrial environments . • Strong SAFe/Agile expertise with SPC certification and proven project/change management skills . • Solid grasp of E2E operational processes and ERP/SAP ecosystem (MM, PP, SD modules) . • Advanced level in English and German required, with willingness to travel (approx. 20%) .
