If you already possess a valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Armed Security Officer License with your own weapon and are ready to begin work immediately, we invite you to attend our upcoming Hiring Event . Compensation $16.00–$18.00 per hour Pay is based on assignment, qualifications, and experience. What to Expect Guaranteed interview for applicants Same-day hiring opportunities for qualified candidates Immediate start dates for qualified candidates Complete new-hire paperwork if selected Career advancement opportunities Ongoing training and development What to Bring Valid Alabama Driver's License Current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) obtained from the DMV Current Alabama ASRB Armed Security Officer License Valid Alabama Pistol Permit Duty weapon information (Make, Model, Caliber, and Serial Number) Employment eligibility documentation (social security card, birth certificate, HS Diploma/GED) Any additional certifications related to security or law enforcement Minimum Qualifications Applicants must: Be at least 21 years of age Possess a current Alabama ASRB Armed Security Officer License Have reliable transportation Have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR (driving record) Hold a High School Diploma or GED Pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Be dependable, punctual, and career-focused Be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed Essential Job Duties Protect client personnel, visitors, and property Conduct armed foot and vehicle patrols Monitor access control points and enforce site policies Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports Enforce post orders and operational procedures Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment Why Join Workable Solutions?
