CNC Equipment Operator Arkansas · Paid Training Provided Join a precision-driven fabrication team operating industry-leading CNC equipment. You'll work hands-on with advanced machinery, ensure quality at every step, and build real expertise through a fully paid training program at our Texas and Oklahoma facilities. What you'll do • Set up and operate CNC equipment — Saws, Drills, Peddiwriters, and Camber machines — with precision and confidence • Load and unload raw materials, maintaining uninterrupted production flow • Perform continuous quality checks against detailed blueprints and engineering drawings • Uphold strict safety and accuracy standards on every shift Paid training program Selected candidates receive fully company-funded training — hands-on time our fabrication plants in Texas and Oklahoma. Required • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols • Willingness to travel during the initial training period Preferred • Experience in manufacturing or structural steel fabrication • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings • Prior CNC machine operation No CNC experience?
