WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Superintendent to join our team in Chandler, AZ and support a large scale semiconductor construction project. The Semiconductor Construction Area Superintendent is responsible for safe, quality focused, schedule driven execution of an assigned construction area, building zone, discipline package, or system scope. This role provides direct field leadership for contractors, trade partners, subcontractors, and vendor teams while coordinating CSA, MEP, cleanroom, process utility, commissioning, and turnover interfaces. The Area Superintendent converts the master schedule into executable field plans, removes constraints, drives trade productivity, and ensures the assigned area is ready for inspections, turnover, and downstream work. Candidates must have both semiconductor construction experience and data center construction experience in complex mission critical environments. *Local Candidates Highly Preferred. A relocation package may be available for outstanding candidates.* Responsibilities Lead day to day field execution for an assigned area, building zone, discipline package, or system scope on a semiconductor project. Own safety, quality, productivity, schedule, logistics, and workface readiness within the assigned area. Translate the project master schedule into six week lookaheads, three week plans, daily work plans, and measurable crew commitments. Lead daily coordination meetings, field huddles, and trade partner planning sessions for the assigned area. Direct subcontractors, trade foremen, general foremen, vendors, and field support teams to achieve planned milestones. Coordinate CSA, MEP, cleanroom, process utility, controls, and equipment installation interfaces within a dense construction environment. Validate prerequisites, release work fronts, remove constraints, and confirm labor, materials, equipment, access, permits, and inspections are available before work begins. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, work packages, BIM and VDC models, and field changes for constructability and execution readiness. Resolve field conflicts, scope gaps, and sequencing issues quickly while escalating significant cost, schedule, or safety risks. Track installed quantities, manpower, productivity, earned progress, schedule status, and recovery actions for the assigned area. Establish and enforce a strong safety culture through pretask planning, field observations, corrective actions, and compliance with project requirements. Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, owner standards, and site specific safety procedures. Implement QA/QC requirements, inspection and test plans, first work inspections, deficiency correction, and documentation for assigned scopes. Maintain clean construction, housekeeping, material control, and foreign object debris prevention standards appropriate for semiconductor environments. Plan and coordinate site access, deliveries, laydown, hoisting, crane picks, temporary facilities, and material movement within the assigned area. Manage area congestion and coordinate simultaneous operations among multiple trades without compromising safety or productivity. Coordinate inspections with the owner, construction management team, engineers, AHJs, third party inspectors, and commissioning personnel. Support system completion, punch list closure, startup, commissioning, operational readiness, and phased turnover activities. Ensure building areas and utility systems are ready for cleanroom finishes, process equipment, tool install, and downstream manufacturing activities. Apply lessons from data center construction to mission critical sequencing, redundancy, power and cooling interfaces, commissioning, and turnover. Prepare accurate daily repo
