Interroll provides system integrators and OEMs with a wide range of platform-based products and services in these categories: Rollers (conveyor rollers), Drives (motors and drives for conveyor systems), Conveyors & Sorters as well as Pallet Handling (flow storage systems). Interroll products and solutions are used in express and postal services, e-commerce, airports, the food & beverage industry, fashion, automotive sectors and many other manufacturing industries. Among the end users are leading brands such as Amazon, Bosch, Coca-Cola, DHL, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Siemens, Walmart and Zalando. What are my responsibilities? • Acquisitie van nieuwe klanten en (Key) Account Management voor het verkoopgebied binnen Products volgens de strategische richtlijnen • Ontwikkeling en implementatie van strategieën en actieplannen om de omzet te verhogen • Klantbeheer in nauwe samenwerking met interne stakeholders zoals Lifetime Service, ASM Solution en ASM Service • Intensieve samenwerking met interne binnendienst op het gebied van offerteopmaak, prijslijsten, leveringsafspraken, enz. • Verantwoordelijkheid voor contractbeheer en betalingsgedrag (bijv. opvolging van facturen, aanmaningen, enz.) • Signaleren van markttrends en koopgedrag en terugkoppeling naar Global Product Management en het R&D-centrum als input voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten en toepassingen • Onderhoud van de klantendatabase en zorgen dat alle informatie actueel is (SAP/CRM) • Vertegenwoordiging van het bedrijf, bijvoorbeeld op beurzen en klantenevenementen What do I need to qualify for this job? • Bij voorkeur een afgeronde technische opleiding in elektrotechniek/mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde, of als alternatief gediplomeerd technicus of vergelijkbaar opleidingniveau • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een technische omgeving, bijvoorbeeld intralogistieke techniek/aandrijftechniek/besturingstechniek of vergelijkbaar • Sterke service en klantgerichtheid • Zelfstandig en gemotiveerd kunnen werken • Communicatieve vaardigheden en technisch Inzicht • Zeer goede kennis van Duits, Engels en Nederlands (minimaal C1) • Bereidheid om te reizen binnen NL en naar de betrokken vestigingen in Duitsland en Denemarken What do we offer you? • Open bedrijfscultuur: Individuele inwerkperiode, diverse teamactiviteiten • Dynamische werkomgeving: Moderne en goed uitgeruste werkplek, korte besluitvormingsprocessen dankzij een platte organisatie • Persoonlijke ontwikkeling en afwisselende, verantwoordelijke taken • De mogelijkheid om eigen ideeën in te brengen en innovatiekracht te vergroten • Flexibele organisatie op gebied van thuiswerk en werken op locatie Are you interested in this position and would like to face new challenges?
