Regional Sales Manager – CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems) Help Shape the Future of ENVEA Are you an ambitious technical sales professional with a passion for developing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering innovative environmental solutions? We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – CEMS to drive sustainable sales growth and increase market share across your designated territory. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on customer engagement, identifying opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and delivering tailored Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) solutions that create long-term value for both our customers and the business. About the Role Reporting to the Sales Director – Northern Europe , you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory sales strategy that delivers sustainable revenue growth while strengthening our market presence. Working closely with colleagues across sales, technical support, marketing, operations, and product management, you will build trusted partnerships with customers and become their preferred advisor for emissions monitoring solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company objectives. • Generate new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts. • Understand customer operations, compliance challenges, and commercial drivers to recommend value-based technical solutions. • Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution-based sales meetings. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting through CRM and ERP systems. • Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity to support business growth. • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations. • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Technical Support, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and industry forums. • Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns that drive market awareness and lead generation. • Deliver best-in-class account management focused on long-term customer success and retention. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who combines commercial drive with technical curiosity and enjoys building strong customer relationships. You will ideally have: • Proven success in technical B2B sales with a consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Experience managing key accounts and complex sales opportunities. • A strong understanding of industrial processes or the ability to quickly develop expertise within the emissions monitoring sector. • Experience selling technical instrumentation or industrial solutions, ideally including: • Industrial analysers • Environmental monitoring equipment • Flow measurement • Pressure instrumentation • Process instrumentation • Emissions control technologies • Experience using CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and Sage preferred). • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Travel This is a hybrid field-based role requiring regular travel throughout your designated territory. You should be comfortable with: • Frequent customer visits across the region. • Overnight stays where required. • Travel to one of our offices in Swavesey (Cambridgeshire), Tranmere or Redditch, typically once every two to three weeks. • Occasional overseas travel for training, product launches, and industry events.
