Job Title: - Architectural Manager / Senior Architectural Manager – Civil & Building Projects Why you should apply: - Lead architectural execution for major civil construction and large-scale building portfolios. - Manage design compliance, variation orders, and architectural budgets for a main contractor. - Secure career growth supported by an established group with a stable project pipeline. - Coordinate directly with engineering consultants, architectural firms, and sub-contractors on-site. What you will do: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee all architectural activities on assigned project sites. - Review and endorse project plans for regulatory and design specification compliance. - Manage architectural budgets, variation orders, and evaluate contractor material estimates. - Direct subcontractor and consultant performance to meet specific engineering project timelines. - Ensure the department's QESH management system conforms to strict ISO standards. - Report on system and department performance metrics directly to corporate top management. Experience you need: - A recognized Degree or Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent field. - Minimum 5 to 10 years of architectural management experience in civil construction. - Ability to work independently with strong site coordination and communication skills. - MIEM qualification or registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) status is preferred. About you: - Currently working as an Architectural Lead, Coordinator, or Manager within construction. - Experienced in managing sub-contractors and technical consultants on active developments. - Focused on quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and construction design verification. The company: - Main Market-listed construction and infrastructure conglomerate established for over 30 years. - Financial standing supported by total group assets valued between 1 and 1.5 billion ringgit. - Consistent commercial performance with recent annual revenues tracking between 800 and 900 million ringgit. - Active construction order book currently approaching 1 billion ringgit, featuring major residential and infrastructure builds. - Track record includes international airport infrastructure, federal administrative buildings, and mass transit lines.
