Position: Architectural Designer / Documenter (ArchiCAD experienced) Salary : PHP 70,000 - 100,000/month Working Hours & Conditions: AU standard working hours Holidays: AU Holidays OVERVIEW: The company is seeking seeking a highly capable ArchiCAD user to support detailed residential projects, working remotely with our Melbourne-based studio. This role is suited to someone who understands how homes are actually built, can interpret information with minimal guidance, and delivers coordinated, buildable documentation to a high standard. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop accurate 3D site models from survey data Correct interpretation of contours, levels, boundaries, setbacks Implement design updates from company markups Translate instructions into coordinated plans, sections, elevations and model updates Produce detailed documentation Set out drawings with clear, construction-ready information Interior elevations with precise joinery and finish integration Review and integrate schedules into drawings Finishes, fixtures, joinery, and associated detailing Maintain strict drawing standards Follow company documentation conventions, file structure, and presentation Apply Australian Standards and NCC requirements Ensure drawings reflect compliance principles appropriate to residential construction Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: A fantastic communicator wanting to be part of a small tight team Advanced ArchiCAD capability, non-negotiable Minimum 5 years experience in architectural documentation Strong residential construction knowledge, including detailing and setout Proven ability to produce interior elevations and coordinated drawing sets Working understanding of NCC and relevant Australian Standards High accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail Able to work independently, interpret intent, and minimise back-and-forth WORKING STYLE: Remote, with clear instructions and markups provided Expected to respond efficiently and maintain workflow across live projects Ongoing engagement for the right person
