What to expect As a dairy technologist, you will be responsible for milk collection and reception. You will monitor the production processes for our dairy products, such as cheese, yoghurt and desserts, as well as butter and whey powder. Operating the technical equipment, carrying out quality controls and ensuring the production facilities are cleaned to the required standards will also form part of your role.
