Description
The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a leading defense firm, is seeking an Applications Specialist for its Philadelphia, PA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Demonstrates a commitment to customer success by addressing application-related issues across the Firm, collaborating with other IT Teams and communicating with users to resolve incidents and improve service delivery.
• Maintain the Firm’s third party applications and software which includes testing and piloting new software.
• Maintain, package and update existing software applications via SCCM and/or Group Policy.
• Assist with document management and administrative responsibilities.
• Document and update software installation processes as they are developed.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze systems, audit or verify data and evaluate current software.
• Provide technical expertise in development and execution of all IT systems and assist Firm staff with needed support.
• Coordinate with departments and prepare technical reports. Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Provide after hours support on a rotation basis.
• Travel to other offices may be required to support large IT firm wide projects.
• Regular in office attendance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum three years of direct experience installing and testing applications.
