WHY WORK AT YALE APPLIANCE? • Industry-leading weekly pay : Up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. • Predictable schedule : 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 7:30am start (in the service business, your end times vary based on route and your time management skills). • Optional Saturday overtime when available, but no on-call and no nights . • Higher earning potential : Year 1: Earn up to $80,000+; Year 2: Earn up to $100,000+. • Professional growth : Manufacturer training provided at our on-site Training Center multiple times per year. • Supportive environment : Guidance and resources whenever you need them. • Work in beautiful homes serving high-end clientele. • Job stability and consistent work. • All company-provided tools : van, credit card for gas, iPhone, laptop, tools if you need them.
