We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will provide essential support to our sales team, assisting with lead generation, outreach, and prospect qualification to help drive business growth. Position: Sales Development Representative Salary: 16,500 ZAR - 27,800 ZAR/month (depending on skills and experience) Working Hours & Conditions: UK Hours; full-time (remote) Holidays : TBD Your responsibilities will include: Outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and explain products or services. Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up meetings for sales executives. Handle objections professionally and maintain positive engagement. Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for calls, emails, and appointments. Requirements Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Freshsales, or SugarCRM . Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively. Strong time management and organizational skills. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and coachable.
