Position Requirements Description We are currently seeking a night float anesthesiologist to join our growing anesthesia practice in Syracuse, NY. Our group provides anesthesia services at Crouse Health Hospital. Our anesthesiologists and CRNAs work together in a care team model. Total Rewards Salary: $625K Sign on Incentive: $100k Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments & Schedule • Cardiac, major vascular, orthopedics, obstetrics, neurosurgery, general surgery, urology, and gynecology • Schedule: 26 weeks on, 26 weeks off (7p-7a) Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) Crouse Health Hospital, $625K, $100K Sign on Incentive, 26 week on/26 week Night Float EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
