Ancillary / Physician Network Specialist • Position Title: Ancillary / Physician Network Specialist • Experience: 3-5 yrs • Job Location: Remote Job Apply now Responsibilities: • Recruit ancillary and individual providers by negotiating contract terms and rates to secure direct agreements with client in targeted market areas as required by business needs • Draft and review contract proposals and respond to contract requests • Make/oversee targeted calls to providers • Obtain and maintain required documentation from providers • Manage the credentialing process and track audits of large medical groups and independent physician associations • Communicate with providers on a regular basis to answer any questions or concerns as well as to provide strong provider relations • Perform analysis of the provider network to identify deficiencies in required specialties and/or geographies for existing/prospective customers • Oversee ancillary and direct contract network development and maintenance • Meet productivity and performance standards on a continuous basis • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualification: • Any Degree • Fair knowledge of computer operations. • Good interpersonal skills.
