Assist in digitizing workplace services and transforming manual processes into user-friendly digital solutions and workflows. Support the design and implementation of applications, forms, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code/no-code technologies. Analyze operational data and business requirements to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced employee experience. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to support workplace service delivery and performance tracking. Assist with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems and sources to enable efficient and connected workplace services. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative technologies and digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
