Job Description The Alternatives team is comprised of the research group and client solutions group. We are seeking an Analyst/Sr. Analyst for the client solutions group; however, this is a dual-focused role that will spend time on both client solutions as well as alternatives research. The role will be approximately 60% focused on client solutions and approximately 40% focused on alternatives research; however, this time allocation is dynamic and will change from quarter to quarter. What you’ll do: • Support the Alternatives team with client-related initiatives across both discretionary and advisory clients • Assist with monitoring existing client portfolios • Create presentation materials for clients • Perform quantitative analyses, such as portfolio pacing • Support new client solution ideas and handle ad hoc client-related requests • Contribute as an active member of the alternatives research team • Evaluate private markets investment opportunities, including private equity, private credit, and real assets, primarily in North America • Bring familiarity with marketable alternatives, such as liquid alternatives and hedge funds, as a plus but not a requirement • Participate in 3–4 person deal teams evaluating each investment opportunity • Assess both fund investments (primaries) and transactions, including co-investments and secondaries
