Responsibilities Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure priorities are organized effectively. Coordinate itineraries, reservations, and related logistics for the CEO and other senior leaders. Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including town halls, team meetings, employee celebrations, leadership sessions, and signature events. Manage event logistics, including venues, vendors, invitations, schedules, catering, technology, materials, and on-site coordination. Support the day-to-day operation of the office, including supplies, vendors, meeting rooms, equipment, facilities requests, and workplace needs. Identify practical ways to improve administrative processes, office systems, and the overall employee experience. Support corporate development projects and company-wide initiatives through research, planning, coordination, and execution. Create clear and professional presentations, reports, briefing materials, trackers, and other documents. Support internal communications by drafting company updates, newsletters, presentations, announcements, and event communications. Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR. Qualifications Up to four years of relevant experience in executive support, office administration, event coordination, business operations, customer service or a related area. New graduates with relevant co-op, internship, or volunteer experience are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with
