This role is designed for a high-ownership HR generalist who can run structured people processes, build strong employee connect, and use data and insights to improve engagement, performance, and retention.   You will work closely with People Success Partners and business leaders to drive predictable HR delivery, strengthen culture and communication, and ensure employees and managers get timely, high-quality support.   What You’ll Do   People Pulse, Engagement & Culture   Track the pulse of employees through health checks, pulse surveys, exit insights, and feedback loops.   Drive employee engagement initiatives and build strong connect across teams.   Support office/community engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications.   Advise stakeholders on ways to reinforce culture and improve the employee experience.   HR Operations & Governance Support   Liaise across HR teams to support onboarding, orientation, POSH processes, and people guidelines.   Support development and communication of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.   Handle HR documentation and sensitive data with strong confidentiality and accuracy.   Employee Relations Support   Support employee relations processes including intake, investigations, conflict resolution discussions, and next-step actioning (with guidance from senior HRBPs).   Maintain strong process hygiene, documentation discipline, and timely closure.   Analytics, Reporting & Decision Support   Create and analyze HR metrics regularly to
