What you’ll do The Analyst, Material & Chemical Conformity is responsible for supporting material and chemical compliance activities across product development and manufacturing. Reporting to the Director, Sustainability & Stewardship, the role supports the Senior Specialist, Material & Chemical Conformity in collecting, validating, and analyzing substance and material data for materials, components, and assemblies.   Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, EHS, Procurement and individual suppliers, the Analyst ensures timely, accurate, and complete material disclosures and compliance with applicable material and chemical regulations and internal requirements.   Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Part & Material Transparency   Review and validate IMDS Material Data Sheets (MDS) for all materials, components and assemblies   Validate supplier MDS submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IMDS and OEM-specific rules (including material classifications, part structure, and substance-level reporting)   Screen supplier MDS submissions against OEM restricted substance lists, GADSL, TSCA, US State PFAS, California Prop 65 and other restricted chemical lists/requirements   Accept, reject, or request corrections to supplier MDS submissions with clear, actionable feedback.   Build relationships with Engineering, Production, Supplier Quality, and Employee Health and Safety   Communicate with Engineering locally and internationally to resolve validation questions and material composition issues   Track MDS acceptance and completion metrics to support program timelines and escalate risks, where needed   Chemical Reviews    Review Safety Data Sheets (SDS) of chemicals brought on site for compliance with the US OSHA Hazcom Standard as well as internal procedures   Regulatory Intelligence     Monitor OEM-relevant chemical and material compliance regulations across the US and Canada   Assist with regulatory impact assessments on new vehicle programs (e.g., upcoming PFAS restrictions)   Update
