Description
Work location: Savski Marof Job Description/Responsibilities: • Coordinate stability testing activities within Quality Control, Biotech Quality Operations. • Evaluate, trend, and report analytical results. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to stability testing and sample management processes. • Perform sampling and analysis of packaging materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of stability studies and sample management activities. • Support compliance with GMP requirements, company procedures, and quality standards. Qualifications: • University degree in life science (Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar) • At least 2 years of working experience in Bio/Pharmaceutical industry in GMP surrounding • Croatian native speaker • Proficiency in English language - Ability to communicate fluently in oral and written English • Competency in MS Office applications Candidate's profile: • Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and detail oriented • Adaptable, systematic and punctuate • Skill in handling multiple tasks in an efficient manner and complete assigned duties within time frames • Interpersonal communication skills • Tendency for teamwork • Ready to work in shifts Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
